Meet Jen.
Anchor Holdings was founded by Jennifer A. Brown in 2022. Jen is a proud graduate of Purdue University, with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Her friends would tell you she fits all the stereotypes of an engineer — analytical, calculated, deliberate, and cautious. These characteristics served Jen well as she entered into the multifamily real estate industry. She understands how to thoroughly assess an opportunity, weigh the benefits and risks, and determine the potential for success.
Meet Johathan.
Johnathan is the managing member of Two Bridges Asset Management, LLC, an investment firm focusing on B and C class multifamily assets. Founded in 2013, Two Bridges operates more than 400 apartments worth in excess of 20 million. Johnathan has been active in multifamily investments for more than a decade. Prior to multifamily real estate, Johnathan practiced law in New York City, representing real estate owners with high-value assets. He is a two-time Ivy League graduate with an undergraduate degree from Harvard and his Juris Doctorate from Columbia University School of Law.
